Admission is done according to the availability of seats. However, the right of admission is reserved. Every candidate for admission must be introduced by the parent or guardian in person who will be responsible for the good conduct of the candidate.Application for admission should be made in the prescribed form duly filled along with the Transfer Certificate issued by the last schools attended. Original birth certificates should be produced in case of fresh admission.Candidates seeking admission from other institutions should pass a written test conducted by the school.The prescribed admission fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
On all matters relating to admission, the decision of the head of the institution is final.
In case of withdrawals, application for issue of Transfer Certificate should be submitted to the office at least 3 days in advance. Transfer Certificate will not be issued unless all the dues are paid.
If the Head of the Institution finds any pupil’s performance unsatisfactory and orders withdrawal such pupil, it is obligatory on the part of the parent or guardian to withdraw the pupil
The school fee is charged for ten months of the year.
The monthly fees has to be paid in advance by the 10th of every month.
If a pupil fails to pay the fee by the end of the month he/she is liable to pay a fine of Rs.5/- per day.
Since the institution is unaided, the fee structure may be revised from time to time to meet the additional expenditure such as staff increment, equipment etc.
No pupil will be allowed to appear for the Terminal or Final Examination unless all the dues are paid upto date.
Special fees like, Examination fees, Sports fee, Medical fee, Annual Day fee and Reading room fee also will be collected.
Under no circumstances the fee once paid will be refunded. Fee for the entire term has to be paid even if the child attends only a part of the term.
